What Nigerian govt must do before court grants extradition of Sunday Igboho – Falana




Human rights lawyer, Femi Falana, SAN, has defined what the Nigerian authorities should do to efficiently extradite Yoruba nation agitator, Sunday Adeyemo, also called Sunday Igboho to Nigeria from the Benin Republic.

Igboho was arrested along with his spouse in Cotonou whereas making an attempt to flee to Germany.

Falana warned the federal government to not embarrass Nigeria by looking for extradition of Igboho if there is no such thing as a robust proof that Igboho has dedicated legal offences.
