Sunday Igboho: What Yoruba leaders must do against Buhari govt – Nnamdi Kanu’s brother

A brother to Nnamdi Kanu, chief of the Indigenous Individuals of Biafra, IPOB, Emmanuel Prince, has urged Yoruba leaders to not permit the Nigerian authorities to repatriate the liberty fighter, Sunday Igboho.

Emmanuel made the decision whereas reacting to the arrest of Igboho.

He counseled Southeast leaders for throwing their weight behind Igboho, following his arrest.

Talking in Umuahia, Abia State, Emmanuel lamented that billions had been dedicated to apprehending Kanu and Igboho.

He stated: “They commit billions to kidnap Nnamdi Kanu and Sunday Igboho in a gang-style method. I commend the Yoruba nation for standing behind their son, Sunday Adeyemo aka Sunday Igboho. They shouldn’t permit his repatriation.

“My brother is a freedom fighter and has at no time directed anyone to bear arms, not to mention kill. However some folks on this nation are killing and admitting that they’re those that killed with out the federal government, Malami or the safety businesses arresting or preferring fees towards them.”

Igboho was arrested at an airport in Cotonou, Benin Republic on Monday night time.

He was arrested a number of weeks after the Division of State Companies, DSS, declared him needed after a raid in his residence.
