Southern Kaduna Senator condemns Zango Kataf attack, killing of 15 persons




The Senator representing Kaduna South, Danjuma La’ah, has condemned the killing of 15 individuals by suspected bandits at Ungwan Doo Village, an extension of the Mabushi neighborhood, in Atyap Chiefdom, Zango Kataf Native Authorities Space of Kaduna State.

Recall that bandits stormed the neighborhood with weapons on Saturday evening and killed scores of individuals, burnt a number of homes and wounded many others.

In an announcement on Monday morning, Senator La’ah mentioned the bandits invaded the village within the early hours of Sunday, in giant numbers, capturing sporadically.

In line with him, they burnt 4 homes and left 15 folks useless, principally girls and youngsters, who have been operating for security.

He mentioned those that sustained accidents have been taken to the hospital for therapy.
