Respect Sunday Igboho’s rights – Fani-Kayode tells Benin Republic govt

A former aviation minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, has urged the Benin Republic authorities to accord Sunday Adeyemo aka Sunday Igboho the respect he deserves.

Recall that the liberty fighter was arrested at an airport in Cotonou, Benin Republic, on Monday night time.

The Oduduwa Republic agitator was stated to have been arrested by Beninoise authorities whereas on his strategy to Germany.

Reacting to the event, Fani-Kayode on his twitter web page stated the Beninoise Authorities have to be honest of their actions in the direction of the activist and he shouldn’t be denied entry to his attorneys and medical doctors.

”The Beninoise Authorities have to be honest of their actions. Igboho should not be denied entry to his medical doctors and attorneys and he should not be tortured, brutalised, humiliated or handled with contempt,” he wrote.

”The entire world is watching and we will proceed to watch the occasions with concern and eager curiosity.”
