Pregnant Woman Slumps After Governor Akeredolu’s Aide Allegedly Slapped Her ‘For Not Standing Up To Greet Him’

An environmental safety guard, Mrs Adeola Egbebi has slumped on responsibility at Oja Oba market in Akure after she was allegedly slapped by the Senior Particular Assistant to the Ondo state governor on particular responsibility, Dr Doyin Odebowale.

The employee who’s closely pregnant, was reportedly assaulted by Odebowole for not standing as much as greet him like her different environmental staff.



In line with an area tabloid within the state, SUNSHINE TRUTH, the governor’s aide was infuriated by the girl’s motion and gave her a slap.

“The girl has been working since resuming responsibility and it was time for the environmental safety guards to depart the Erekesan market when the governor’s SSA Odebowale arrived on the place together with his males and began harassing the employees however Mrs Egbebi was unable to face as much as greet him instantly which infuriated the SSA and gave the girl scorching slap and she or he slumped,” an eyewitness mentioned.

“Essentially the most unlucky factor is that the SSA didn’t even care to take the girl to hospital; it was her colleagues and a few good Samaritans that helped us to take to a personal hospital.

“Consequently because the pregnant lady Mrs Egbebi was about to carry her chair to maneuver to a different place, to everyone’s amazement, Dr Doyin slapped the girl and instantly she fainted and the market lady rescued her with different officers to a personal hospital.

“He used conventional ring to slap her.”

The incident led to a protest on the head workplace of the Ondo State Waste Administration Board at Alagbaka as some environmental safety guards shut down the gate for a number of hours.

Addressing the protesters, the Basic Supervisor of the Waste Administration Board, Mrs Ayo Adeyemo appealed to the protesters to stay calm, saying she would go to the sufferer on the hospital.

Adeyemo mentioned, “Both pregnant or not, no person has any proper to slap any employee.”
