A video making rounds on-line captured the second some law enforcement officials flogged officers of Port Harcourt Electrical energy Distribution Firm after they tried to disconnect their boss’ energy provide in Calabar.
An eyewitness disclosed that the incident occurred on the morning of Thursday, June 16.
The law enforcement officials reportedly attacked the PHED officers after they tried disconnecting the facility provide of a bakery they have been securing within the Cross River state capital, after its proprietor stated to be a politician allegedly didn’t pay his payments.
