The Lagos State Police Command has charged a 25-year-old dealer, Tasuru Abdullahi, to an Ikeja Magistrates’ court docket for allegedly bit off a girl’s nipple.

The police charged Abdullahi, whose handle was not offered, on Friday with sexual assault and grievous hurt.
