Obaseki appoints former lawmaker as Chief of Staff




Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, has appointed Hon. Iyoha Osaigbovo Toni, as his Chief of Workers.


In a press release, Secretary to the State Authorities, Osarodion Ogie Esq., stated the appointment takes rapid impact.

Iyoha, who served because the rapid Particular Adviser to the Governor on Political Issues (Edo South), was a member of the Edo State Home of Meeting representing Oredo East Constituency, from 2015 to 2019, the place he attained the place of Chief Whip.

In line with Ogie, “Hon. Iyoha Osaigbovo Toni, born on sixth of July 1973, holds a Bachelors’ diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Ambrose Alli College, (previously Edo State College) and a Masters of Engineering diploma in Industrial Engineering from the College of Benin (UNIBEN).

“He’s presently concluding a PhD in Industrial Engineering from UNIBEN. He’s a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers.”

Hon. Iyoha is a resourceful and result-oriented skilled with eighteen (18) years’ work expertise in Nigeria’s private and non-private sectors. His expertise spans Development, Laws, Public Service and Industrial Engineering.
