Nnamdi Kanu: IPOB agitation politicised, Igbos no longer obey sit-at-home – Uzodinma



Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo State has stated the agitation by the proscribed Indigenous Folks of Biafra (IPOB) has been politicised.

Uzodinma additionally insisted that the sit-at-home order by IPOB has been politicized.

He spoke whereas addressing State Home Correspondents after a gathering with President Muhammadu Buhari on the Presidential Villa, Abuja, on Wednesday.

The governor additionally famous that folks of the Southeast are now not obeying the sit-at-home order.

In line with the governor, the order was being issued by faceless individuals.


He stated: “The problem of IPOB has been politicised and the sit at dwelling order can be being politicized.

“The sit-at-home order can be being politicised as a result of these issuing the order are faceless.

“We’ve not seen both by means of newspapers or by means of broadcast order directing individuals to sit down at dwelling.

“Quite, what we all know that’s taking place is that this paparazzi mentality of attempting to place worry into our individuals and make harmless individuals susceptible.

“As I communicate to you, the sit-at-home order just isn’t being obeyed in Imo state.”
