Niger Gov appoints Garba Gunna as new Emir of Kagara

Niger State Governor, Abubakar Sani Bello has appointed the Performing Chairman of the Niger State Income Board, Alhaji Ahmad Garba Gunna as the brand new Emir of Kagara.
Recall that the previous Emir of Kagara, Alhaji Salihu Tanko Kagara died on March 1 in Minna, the state capital.
The Commissioner for Native Authorities, Neighborhood Growth and Chieftaincy Affairs, Mallam Abdulmalik Sarkin Daji introduced the brand new Emir on Wednesday.
In keeping with the governor, the appointment was according to part 3 subsection (1) of the Chiefs (Appointment and Deposition) regulation, Chapter 19, regulation of the Niger State.
The governor additionally famous that his determination was primarily based on the recommendation of the Niger State Council of Chiefs as required underneath part 7, of Cap 19.
