N29 Billion Fraud Case: Court Says Ex-Adamawa Governor, Nyako, Son, Others Must Face Trial

However in his ruling on Monday, Justice Okon Abang, dismissed the defendants’ no-case-submission and ordered them to enter their defence.

“I’ve rigorously thought-about the authorized arguments of all of the counsel for the defendants, their written and oral arguments, and the argument of the prosecution.










“It’s my humble however agency view that the prosecution has established a prima facie case in opposition to the defendants, and they’re required to enter their defence instantly,” Justice Abang stated

The trial has been adjourned until October 4, 5, 7, and eight for the defendants to open their case.

The final witness to be known as by the prosecution was Kobis Harithimnu, a former Secretary to Adamawa State Authorities, who testified through video hyperlink.
