A Nigerian man has accused INEC officers in Lagos of demanding residents current their state-owned ID playing cards earlier than they are often registered for the Everlasting Voters card PVC.
The Lagos State Residents Registration Company LASRRA is charged with the accountability of giving id playing cards (LASRRA card) to all registered residents or residents of the state.
In a viral video, the person claimed that the officers of the electoral physique have been demanding he and others who have been there to register for his or her PVCs to current their LASSRA playing cards earlier than they are often registered.
