Lagos Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has compensated the households of two slain cops.
The deceased had been connected to Fast Response Squad (RRS) of the Lagos State Police Command.
Represented by his Deputy Chief of Employees, Gboyega Soyannwo, the governor condoled with the affected households.
Sanwo-Olu described the financial help as a token, noting that no quantity of economic reward could make up for the lives of the fallen patriots.
He hailed their gallantry within the line of responsibility and warranted that the present administration would proceed to cater for the safety operatives’ welfare as they defend residents.
The beneficiaries are members of the family of late SPY/PC Job Omale, and SPY/PC Adekunle Adeniran.
Mrs Juliana Omale and David Omale respresented PC Omale; ditto Tosin Adeniran and Grasp Ayomide Adeniran for PC Adeniran. They thanked Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos authorities for the gesture.
