Lagos police arrests forgers of vehicle registration documents

Detectives of the Lagos State Police Command have arrested one Owoade Olushola ‘m’ aged 45 and Salaudeen Sherif ‘m’ aged 33 in Ikeja for allegedly producing pretend automobile paperwork.

A press release launched by SP Benjamin Hundeyin, spokesperson of the command, says the duo was arrested following credible intelligence that they duped harmless Nigerians by producing pretend automobile paperwork and impersonating officers of the Lagos State Automobile Licencing Workplace.

Hundeyin added that gadgets recovered from the suspects embrace 1 laptop computer, 1 printer, pretend Inspector Basic of Police letterheads, pretend tint permits and faux automobile particulars.

He acknowledged that the state Commissioner of Police, CP Abiodun Alabi, has directed that the suspects be arraigned on the conclusion of investigations.
