Lagos denies Sanwo-Olu ordered crackdown on End SARS protests



Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu didn’t order a crackdown on Finish SARS protests, the state authorities insists.

Info Commissioner, Gbenga Omotoso spoke on Wednesday in an interview with Come up Information.

Omotoso denied Sanwo-Olu stopped occasion centres from renting their services to organisers of programmes commemorating the October 20 anniversary.

The commissioner disclosed that the governor truly interceded when such case was recorded.

He recalled how some planners of a memorial gathering visited the governor some days in the past.


The residents complained they had been being blocked from utilizing the Landmark Centre in Oniru.

Omotoso mentioned the governor instantly put a name by to the supervisor.
