The Division of State Service, (DSS) on Wednesday arraigned two suspects Enesi Ohinoyi 43 and Ayuba Adeiza 33 earlier than a Chief Justice of the Peace courtroom sitting in Lokoja for allegedly aiding, abetting and harbouring a jail break inmate Olusegun Onimisi Otaru who escaped from Kabba Custodian Centre.
