Jos crisis: Niger govt orders evacuation of state’s students

The Niger State Authorities has directed the commissioners for Native Authorities and Chieftaincy Affairs in addition to Tertiary Training, Science and Expertise, to evacuate its college students education at College of Jos, Plateau State.

The federal government gave the directive in a press assertion signed by the Chief Press Secretary,CPS, to Governor Abubakar Sani Bello, Mrs. Mary Noel-Berje, in Minna, the state capital.

The assertion mentioned the choice was following the breach of peace in some components of the state which resulted in lack of lives and destruction of properties.

It defined that evacuating the scholars would be certain that they don’t seem to be left stranded in addition to turn into victims of circumstances within the state.
