It won’t augur well for Nigeria – Omokri reacts to killing of Jonathan’s ex-aide




Reno Omokri, a former presidential aide, has condemned the assassination of Ahmed Gulak, a former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan.


Omokri insisted that irrespective of the circumstances of Gulak’s loss of life, it gained’t augur properly for Nigeria.

In a tweet through his Twitter deal with on Sunday, Omokri described Gulak’s loss of life as ‘painful’.

Omokri wrote: “Ahmed Gulak’s loss of life is painful to me. Irrespective of the circumstances of his loss of life, it gained’t augur properly for Nigeria.

“He had a mindset that didn’t look down on others as a result of tribe or faith. Folks like which might be wanted.

“My condolences to his household. Could God grant them fortitude.”

In the meantime, after Gulak’s loss of life, the Indigenous Folks of Biafra (IPOB) was linked to the assassination, an allegation they’ve since denied.

The Imo State Police Command mentioned that armed bandits had been liable for Gulak’s loss of life.
