IPOB, ESN not unknown gunmen – Nnamdi Kanu insists




Nnamdi Kanu, IPOB chief has maintained that the Indigenous Folks of Biafra and its safety outfit, the Jap Safety Community are usually not the unknown gunmen wreaking havoc within the South-East.


DAILY POST experiences that the actions of the unknown gunmen have worsened the safety disaster within the area.

The gunmen have killed scores of safety operatives whereas authorities amenities together with police stations and Impartial Nationwide Electoral Fee, INEC workplaces within the Southeast and a few elements of South-South have been destroyed.

Whereas the police and different safety companies have constantly accused the IPOB and the ESN of being the unknown gunmen, Kanu, chief of the group has repeatedly claimed his loyalists are usually not chargeable for the assaults.

In a tweet on his official Twitter deal with on Wednesday the Biafra freedom fighter mentioned the accusation by the federal government was a plot to justify “genocide assaults presently happening within the area”.

The tweet reads, “It’s pathetic that the Nigerian authorities & its safety forces are actually spreading the LIE that “IPOB Killed 128 Army, Police Personnel”.

“This lie is geared toward justifying the GENOCIDE that’s presently underway in #SoutheastNigeria. Once more, IPOB & ESN are usually not unknown gunmen”.
