IPAC warns INEC, says refusal to accept deregistered parties may mar Anambra poll




The Commissioner of Police in Lagos State, Hakeem Odumosu, has ordered the arrest of 13 leaders of warring teams of Gengere group, Mile 12, within the Ketu space.

Odumosu gave the order in the course of the interrogation of invited group heads on the State Headquarters, Ikeja.

A press release by Muyiwa Adejobi, Police Public Relations Officer mentioned preliminary investigation confirmed that the Commander of the Safety Committee in Gengere, Alhaji Alidu Mohammed, allegedly disrespected Prophet Mohammed (SAW).

In response, hoodlums went on rampage, attacked him, set ablaze his two automobiles, vandalised one in all his homes and burned a constructing belonging to at least one Alhaji Mamuda.
