Insecurity in Nigeria is reducing – Ali Ndume



The Chairman, Senate Committee on Military, Senator Ali Ndume, on Friday insisted that insecurity within the nation is lowering with the hope that it’ll fully be eradicated.

Ndume, representing Borno South constituency stated this whereas fielding questions from newsmen after the turbaning of the All Progressives Congress nationwide chairmanship aspirant, Malam Saliu Mustapha, as the brand new Turaki of Ilorin, right now.

He stated, “Insecurity goes down, it’s not eradicated. Usually, this type of a factor isn’t one thing that you’ll simply say it’s all over.”

Ndume stated that the federal authorities of Nigeria is doing effectively and doing its finest to deal with the problem of insecurity.


Talking after his turbaning, Mustapha stated that he was delighted to be recognised and the honour would spur him to contribute extra to his group.

Mustapha thanked members of the Ilorin Emirate and the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu Gambari, for the honour.
