Ignore Gumi, declare bandits as terrorists – Afenifere tells Buhari

The pan Yoruba sociocultural group, Afenifere has instructed President Muhammadu Buhari to declare bandits as terrorists, asking him to disregard the decision for mercy by the controversial Islamic cleric, Sheikh Ahmad Abubakar Gumi.
