Igangan killings: ‘I’m not responsible, don’t have mercenaries’ – Evicted Sarkin Fulani




Evicted Sarkin Fulani of Oyo State, Alhaji Saliu Abdulkadir has distanced himself from the most recent assault in Igangan space of the State.


Abdulkadir stated he would have defended himself if he had the “mercenaries” when he was attacked.

He spoke in response to allegations that he masterminded Sunday’s assaults which left scores of farmers killed in Igangan.

DAILY POST remembers that the most recent assault in Igangan on Saturday and Sunday left about twenty folks lifeless.

Nonetheless, Abdulkadir insisted that it was unsuitable to hyperlink him to the assault.

Addressing newsmen yesterday, the Sarkin Fulani urged safety companies to apprehend these behind the violent assault.

He stated: “They killed my folks, destroyed my properties, I do know nothing concerning the assaults.

“If I had the mercenaries, I might have defended myself when my palace was invaded by Sunday Igboho and his males.

“I’ve misplaced every little thing. I’ve been residing from palms to mouth. I don’t have any mercenaries preventing for me. I go away every little thing within the hand of God.”
