The probe panel arrange by the Inspector-Common of Police, Usman Baba, has turned in its report on the alleged indictment of the erstwhile Head of the Police Intelligence Response Group (IRT), DCP Abba Kyari, by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
