Unknown gunmen had kidnapped two Chinese language nationals working with a fishery and poultry firm in Ogun State.
The 2 foreigners had been kidnapped on Wednesday afternoon at their place of job in Oba neighborhood, Obafemi-Owode Native Authorities Space of Ogun State.
It was gathered that the gunmen invade the neighborhood of their numbers round 3pm, capturing sporadically into the air, inflicting panic amongst residents.
As individuals scampered for security, the invaders succeeded in selecting up their targets and escaped.
DAILY POST learnt that the abductors accessed the neighborhood by means of the River Ogun, which serves as a pure boundary for the city.
The normal ruler of the city, Oba Abdul-Ganiyu Sanyaolu, confirmed the incident to information males, saying that two Chinese language nationals – a male and a feminine, had been taken away by the bandits.
In the meantime, the Ogun State Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, confirmed that the abductors had escaped by means of the identical River Ogun.
