Gunmen have attacked the Adamawa United FC, dispossessed avid gamers of valuables, and kidnapped the workers driver.

The gunmen are said to have demanded N50 million ransom for the driving drive.

It was gathered from sources in Adamawa State on Saturday that the incident occurred earlier inside the day, at about 6.30 am, alongside the Benin-Ore-Lagos road whereas the workers was touring for a sport in Lagos.

A member of the workers who spoke on a cellphone regarding the incident said the avid gamers and officers have been attacked by the gunmen who immediately emerged from the bush and held up the workers at gunpoint.

The inside provide said the telephones of the workers members, their money, and completely different valuables have been taken away by the attackers.

It has been confirmed that the Adamawa United FC was touring for his or her Week 11 NPFL fixture in the direction of the MFM FC in Lagos.
