Gunmen abduct three missionaries in Kogi

Three missionaries have been kidnapped by gunmen in Kogi state.
The kidnapped missionaries have been recognized as Evangelist Peter Adigidzi, Pastor Mike Baba and Pastor Sunday Abah, all working with Baby Evangelical Fellowship (CEF) and residents of Lokoja.
Kogi Coordinator of Kids Evangelism Ministry, Evangelist Charles Esho stated the missionaries have been on an task at Ejule group in Ofu council of the state after they have been kidnapped.
Kogi state Commissioner of Police Edward Egbuka who additionally confirmed the incident, stated it occurred on Friday June 10.
Egbuka stated the police tactical group had been deployed to strategic locations in the hunt for the victims, and to arrest the kidnapers. He additionally appealed to the safety operatives to help in looking and rescuing the missionaries to unite them with their households.
