Governor Okezie Ikpeazu said this on Wednesday, whereas receiving a delegation of the Vice-Chancellor of Michael Okpara College of Agriculture, Umudike, Professor Maduebibisi Iwe and his administration staff who known as on him in Authorities Home, Umuahia.
