ESN kidnapped, forced policewoman to identify other officers for assassination – Kayode Ogundamisi




A well-liked Nigerian political activist and commentator, Kayode Ogundamisi, has accused the Jap Safety Community (ESN), the militia arm of the Indigenous Folks of Biafra (IPOB), of kidnapping a policewoman.


Ogundamisi alleged that ESN kidnapped the policewoman and made her establish the properties of fellow officers to be assassinated.

In a tweet, the political commentator wrote: “Simply to interrupt it down, Nnamdi Kanu’s IPOB armed wing aka ESN kidnapped a @PoliceNG lady and made her level the properties of Nigeria law enforcement officials to be assassinated. @ukhomeoffice and @ukinNigeria formally classify IPOB and its armed militia wing ESN as a nonviolent group.”

Some assaults and killings within the Southeast have been related to ESN.

Just lately, the Minister of Data and Tradition, Lai Mohammed accused Twitter of permitting IPOB’s chief, Nnamdi Kanu to challenge orders to his members.

Mohammed had stated these orders by Kanu are able to destabilising Nigeria.

Regardless of prison allegations, IPOB has insisted that ESN is just not a terror group and never concerned in criminality.
