The Kaduna State Excessive Courtroom on Wednesday fastened Could 25 to rule on the no-case submission filed by the chief of the Islamic Motion in Nigeria (IMN), Sheikh Ibraheem EL-Zakzaky and his spouse, Zeenat.
The presiding Decide, Justice Gideon Kurada, adjourned the case to Could 25 for ruling on no case submission.
Zakzaky and his spouse have been standing trial for culpable murder and legal conspiracy which was charged towards them by the Kaduna State Authorities.
Nevertheless, on the resumed listening to of the case the prosecution closed its case by calling its final witness to testify.
Talking to newsmen after the ruling, the lead counsel, Femi Falana (SAN), represented by Marshal Abubakar stated that the State finally closed its case at present.
