Christian Association Declares Day Of Prayer To Tackle Growing Insecurity In Oyo




The Christian Affiliation of Nigeria, CAN, Oyo State chapter has declared Friday as a day of prayer towards insecurity within the state and the nation. 


This was a part of resolutions reached on Monday, between the state authorities and CAN throughout a stakeholders’ assembly. 

The state authorities, represented by the Commissioner for Data, Tradition and Tourism, Dr. Wasiu Olatunbosun, and the Government Assistant on Administration, Rev. Idowu Ogedengbe and CAN agreed to go non secular throughout the assembly, because the Christian physique vowed to carry a particular reward, worship and prayer session to intercede for the state on Friday, July 2.
