The Christian Affiliation of Nigeria has reacted to the alleged arrest of #BuhariMustGoActivists in Dunamis Worldwide Gospel Centre, Abuja.

DAILY POST remembers that some youths just lately stormed the church at Glory Dome Abuja, wearing #BuhariMustGo T-shirts and had been arrested by the Division of State Safety Service, DSS.

The incident stimulated controversy as some activists together with Omoyele Sowore insisted that they had been napped by the church’s safety and had been handed over to the key police who whisked the youths to unknown vacation spot.

However the church administration, in a press release subsequently, stated the church had no hand within the arrest, stressing that they had been nabbed by DSS outdoors the church’s premises.

Reacting to the controversy, CAN, in a press release issued on Monday by its Nationwide Basic Secretary, Daramola Bade Joseph. Esq stated “assaults on Dunamis ongodly, unacceptable and reprehensible.

CAN urged the sponsors of the protest to settle their grievances with the DSS and never the church saying, “venue for such a protest shouldn’t be the church premises, a spot of worship”.
