Buhari fires NAPTIP DG, Mohammed 4 months after his appointment

The Director-Normal of the Nationwide Company for Prohibition of Trafficking in Individuals (NAPTIP), Senator Basheer Mohammed has been sacked after 4 months in workplace.

His abrupt sack was contained in a press release on Wednesday by the Senior Particular Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu.

He has been changed by Hajia Fatima Waziri-Azi.

Garba defined that the sack of the 4 months previous NAPTIP DG adopted the advice of the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Catastrophe Administration and Social Improvement, Hajiya Sadiya Umar Farouq.
