BREAKING: Kidnapped Benue University Students Regain Freedom




The administration of the Federal College of Agriculture Makurdi (FUAM), Benue State, has disclosed that two college students of the college who have been kidnapped on its campus final Saturday have regained their freedom.


A press release by the Director, Data, Protocol and Public Relations (IPPR), FUAM, Mrs Rosemary Waku, gave the names of the scholars as Israel Kwaghgee and Solomon Salihu.

The college’s spokesperson, stated “Each of them got here again to campus yesterday (Tuesday) 27/4/21 unharmed.”

Additionally, the state police public relations officer, DSP Catherine Anene, stated the 2 kidnapped college students of FUAM kidnapped on Saturday have been launched by their abductors.

“The launched college students are at the moment present process medical consideration at an undisclosed hospital,” she stated. 

It was not clear on the time of scripting this story if any ransom was paid to safe the discharge of the scholars.
