BREAKING: ‘Buhari Must Go’ protesters block Abuja airport road




Some protesters, on Monday morning, blocked the Umaru Yar’Adua Manner resulting in the Nnamdi Azikiwe Worldwide Airport, within the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.


The protesters who have been displaying banners with the inscription, #BuhariMustGo, stormed the world at about 5:30am.

In keeping with experiences, the protesters made bonfires on the ever-busy highway, making it tough for civil servants dwelling in Lugbe, Kuje, and different areas alongside the Airport to entry their locations of labor within the coronary heart of the town.

A Nigerian human rights activist, Omoyele Sowore tweeted the event on his official Twitter deal with.

The tweet reads, “#BuhariMustGo protesters blocked the highway to worldwide airport in Abuja as early as 5:30am Monday morning in Abuja #RevolutionNow “.

When contacted, the FCT Police Public Relations Officer, Mariyan Yusuf was unable to take her calls and couldn’t reply to textual content messages forwarded to her.
