President Muhammad Buhari has reacted to the assault on Kwapre group in Hong Native Authorities Space (LGA) of Adamawa by Boko Haram insurgents.
Boko Haram insurgents had on Friday, attacked the Adamawa group, destroying lives and property.
Buhari, represented by the Secretary to the Authorities of the Federation, Mr Boss Mustapha, throughout his go to to the group on Sunday expressed his deepest sympathy.
The President provided his condolence to these affected in the neighborhood by the assault.
“ I’m in Kwapre to see issues underneath the directive of President Muhammadu Buhari and to sympathise and condole with the group.
“I’ve seen the extent of destructions which is tragic of monumental dimension.
“I’m deeply saddened by what I noticed and subsequently assuring the group that authorities will do all that’s attainable to guard lives and property of the residents,” he mentioned.
In response to him, over 78 homes ,12 retailers, faculties and 4 worship centres have been destroyed through the assault
