Biafra: Why IPOB cannot give sit-at-home order in Rivers – Gov Wike




Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State has declared that the proscribed Indigenous Individuals of Biafra (IPOB) can not give a sit-at-home order to the folks of his state as a result of they don’t seem to be a part of South-East.
