Yakubu Mohammad, The Benue State Sector Commander, Federal Street Security Corps has mentioned that tanker drivers not complying to plain security guidelines would threat jail time period if caught.

On the heels of the tanker explosion that rocked the Oshigbudu group in Agatu Native Authorities Space of Benue State on Sunday, Mohammad blamed the non-usage of security valves to protect towards spillage when tankers had been concerned in crashes, resulting in spillage and the attendant destruction.
He warned petroleum tanker house owners towards the non-usage of security valves.
In a press release signed by the command’s Public Training Officer, Oladele Meshach, the sector commander warned all petroleum tanker house owners to make sure the instant set up of security valves on their tankers to guard lives, property and the merchandise that the autos convey.
