The spokesperson of Command, DSP Toochukwu Ikenga, acknowledged this in a chat with DAILY POST on the command’s preparedness to comprise parts of the Indigenous Individuals of Biafra (IPOB), who’ve vowed to take care of anybody who ventures out tomorrow.
