Alicia Keys rocks spectacular cape featuring New York City skyline in crystals (Photos)

Alicia Keys was one of many best-dressed stars on the 2022 Met Gala. 

The 41-year-old singer celebrated her native New York Metropolis in a Ralph Lauren outfit that included a cape that includes the town’s skyline organized in crystals.

Upon her arrival, she informed reporters that her gown was meant to ‘signify an empire way of thinking and a metropolis of gods right here tonight’.

The designer gown used 200,000 hand-placed crystals to stipulate the town’s skyline.

Alicia seemed beautiful within the strapless silver floor-length robe that included the sweeping one-shoulder cape with a small practice.

She had her darkish hair pulled again into an extended ponytail adorned with black-and-white coasters.

The 15-time Grammy Award winner accessorized with dangling Tiffany & Co. jewellery together with earrings with diamonds and emeralds and a bracelet in gold and platinum with diamonds, emeralds, and Montana sapphires. 

Alicia was joined by her husband Swizz Beatz, 43, who additionally paid tribute to New York Metropolis.

Swizz wore a white coat and gown shirt with a black bow-tie together with a black-and-white Ralph Lauren lettermen’s New York staff jacket over his shoulders. He accessorized with sun shades, a black NY cap and Tiffany & Co. jewellery together with a sea star-shaped brooch with gold and diamonds and acorn cuff hyperlinks.
