The Adamawa State Authorities has issued notification for biometric verification of its civil servants and retirees.
The federal government, in a press release obtained on Saturday, mentioned it has finalised plans to conduct the recent biometric verification of the state’s workforce and retirees at present on its payroll.
The verification train is scheduled to start subsequent month, Could 18, and can final for six weeks.
The federal government assertion, signed by the Everlasting Secretary of Institution and Coaching within the Workplace of Head of Service, Dr. Barminus Gayus, indicated that the train is in consonance with the state’s Fiscal Transparency Accountability and Sustainable Programme.
The Everlasting Secretary acknowledged, “I’m directed to tell all Ministries, Departments and Businesses (MDAs), that the state authorities will embark on a biometric verification train of all its energetic civil servants and pensioners.
”The biometric verification train will begin on 18th Could 2021 and can final for six (6) weeks.”
Employees are directed to avail themselves with their Nationwide Id Quantity (NIN), authentic of all related paperwork, together with instructional certificates and appointment letters.
“Accomplished varieties must be countersigned by the Everlasting Secretary or Chief Govt Officer of the respective Ministry, Division and Company (MDAs),” the assertion mentioned.
