2023: Electoral law seeking appointees’ resignation doesn’t exist



Minister of Niger Delta Affairs and presidential aspirant, Godswill Akpabio, has declared that the part of the Electoral Act as amended which says electoral appointees should resign earlier than contesting for political positions doesn’t exist.

The Minister stated;
